11 Nights- 10 Days Retreat Itinerary

Dates: 5th - 15th October
🌞 Day 1 – Arrival & Intention
We arrive to Cusco City, heart of the Inka world. We will acclimatise to the altitude (with the proper and gentle guidance). We will have the chance to get to know each other and open the space for the conscious word. We will share a grounding meal of the Peruvian cuisine .
💧 Day 2 – The Blessing Waters
Route: Cusco → Puma Marca Sacred Spring → return to Cusco. We will go to a spring for a “baño de florecimiento”: a “blossom bath” that operates as a floral opening cleansing ritual for our path in the next days. On our way back to Cusco, we will visit the great stone temple of Sacsayhuamán.
🌿 Day 3 – Sacred Forms & Transitions
Route: Cusco → Chinchero → Moray → Ollantaytambo→ Hike to Aguas Calientes. We visit ancient Andean agricultural sites and Inka terraces before taking the train toward Aguas Calientes (Town of Machu Picchu). resting well before our trekking next day.
🏔 Day 4 – The Mountain Speaks
Route: Inka Trail → Machu Picchu →Aguas Calientes → Ollantaytambo → return to Cusco We will be guided by the Q’ero ceremonial “misa andina”, then we will walk in presence. Optional: Wayna Picchu climb. We come back to Cusco and sleep there.
🔥 Day 5 – Rest & Reconnection
Day-off in Cusco city. A full day to rest, reflect, and gently integrate. You can decide to stay at the wonderful venue or explore the city and go to the markets or to the walking distance attractions, as: the 12 angles stone.
⛰ Day 6 – The Pilgrimage Begins
Route (Early departure): Cusco → to Uquis village. After a good rest, we will have a early morning departure towards Uquis, close to the Ausangate range. We will start our 4-hour trek with an amazing view. A team of Andean walkers (including a regional chef) - and horses - will be with us. They will support us with their experience, bringing the food and necessary gear (mountain sleeping bags, cutlery, tents) to have a proper nourishment and warm nights experiences.
🌊 Day 7 – The Sacred Lagoon & Initiation
We walk to the high-altitude lagoon for personal meditation/prayer/connection with the Sacred Mountain (Apu) Ausangate. There will be an optional initiation ritual called Karpay. Sounds and songs to honor the waters, will be the medium to that reflect our deepest truths. Cold Plunge optional.
❄️ Day 8 – Ice, Sun & Spirit
Morning sunrise ritual guidance. Enjoying the matter-earth in us, we will connect with the Sun as the ancestors did. We walk near the glacier, breathing the pure air. A ceremony to receive the radiant energy of the sun, invoking clarity, guidance, and spiritual strength. Cold Plunge optional. After a the breakfast, we will return hike to pickup point → drive back to Cusco.
🌈 Day 9 – Return & Integration
Return to Cusco, after a 4-hour descent walk. We gather in sacred circle one last time to share, bless, and integrate all that has awakened. This is the bridge between worlds.
🕊 Day 10 – Back to Lima
We fly back to Lima with full hearts. A soft and spacious day to rest, walk by the ocean, or sit in gratitude. You carry the wisdom of the mountains and sun energy with-in, now.

No, you don’t need any prior experience. All ceremonies are guided with clarity and care. You’ll be supported every step of the way, regardless of your background.

 

The package includes accommodation, ground transportation, all meals, entrance fees to natural and sacred sites, guides, ceremonies, ritual materials, and personalized support. International flights are not included.

 

We stay in eco-lodges and hotels selected for their comfort and connection with nature. Double occupancy is standard; single rooms are available upon request (limited availability).

A basic to moderate level of fitness is needed. Some hikes (like Gocta or Ausangate) can be physically demanding, but we adapt the pace and support the group throughout.

 

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please let us know your dietary preferences when registering.

 

Most of the journey is conducted in Spanish & English. Danish is available upon request.

Once registered, you’ll receive a preparatory guide with simple practices to help you connect with your intention and body before the trip.

 

We have care protocols in place and local support networks. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance before departure.
